Blackpool is near the sea, along the coast. It is home to Blackpool Pleasure Beach, which is a well-known fun fair. Individuals come to Blackpool for a vacation and we see several Hen and Stag events here. A holiday maker visiting Blackpool will be spoiled for choice with clubs and pubs where they can dance the night away.

In moving to Blackpool know if you live by the promenade, you will have a great view of the ocean, but on a windy day you will want to stay indoors. If you live in the smaller areas you will see that there are many nice, little, friendly areas which are especially good for the elderly community. There are multiple train stations in distance for people who need to commute for work and people who like to travel to places like Manchester and London etc for trips and shopping. Finally I will say that if you have a family with children in school years there is a good variety of schools to choose from in all areas of Blackpool, which is a good thing as then you can find your preferred option.

Blackpool is perhaps most famous for being a seaside resort in the North-West of England and much of the town has been adapted to accommodate the 1,000s of tourists it receives each year. In doing so, there are numerous attractions throughout the town such as Sandcastle Waterpark, the Blackpool Tower or Madame Tussauds’ Waxworks. Whilst these attractions serve to make the town more appealing for its tourists, for residents, it can be a problem.
