Deoghar, as the name suggests, is the home of the Lord. One should not drink or smoke within the premises of the Temple.

Deoghar is a pilgrimage destination. It’s a small town that comes under urban rural. It’s a developing town and has good facility of motels. The people of the town are very helpful in nature and are broad minded people. The town offers a good variety of both veg and non-veg foods. The street foods are quite tasty and worth a try.

Deoghar has one of the oldest temples of India. Yearly thousands of pilgrims visit my city. anyone interested in visiting my city must be very respectful towards traditions and culture. Streets get very crowded in July and August because of a ceremony in the Temple. everyone must be ready to face the discomforts arising due to this heavy crowd.
