Extremely dog unfriendly and children unfriendly run by old boys privileged club. Beautiful beaches, also very hot overcast skies a lot of the time. Little to no long term accommodation. Few work opportunities. Buzzes over Xmas to the extend of overcrowding. Very far out from other towns.

My town is a beautiful seaside town on the southern coast of South Africa. It is situated in a beautiful area, known as the Garden Route and is a major tourist attraction. People in Plettenberg Bay are generally conscientious and try to protect and care for the environment. We love our town!

Plettenberg Bay is a picturesque modern town on the breathtaking coastline of South Africa. Home to exquisite wildlife and nature reserves, it is the playground for outdoor enthusiasts and a safe haven for young and old. Plett, as it is affectionately known by many, is warm and welcoming year-round.
