It is hard to find cheap housing and you need to drive 25 min to the bigger towns. It is a nice calm place most days and has a lot of Amish and Mennonite farms in the surrounding area, including many Amish people working in local businesses. Self serve stands with fresh produce abound, during summer months. Snow plows go before daybreak during winter. Public school and health care are free to Canadians.
