My city Jhansi is famous for Rani Laxmi Bai. She was the queen of Jhansi during first war for independence. The weather of the city is very cold during the winter so if you come in winter season you should put winter clothes. From Jhansi you can go to Khajuraho. Khajuraho is famous for their sculptures.

The city where I reside is of historical significance. It contains the relics of ‘The revolt of 1857’ as one of the leading faces of the war, Rani Laxmi Bai, fought from here. Besides the city has a perfect combination of summers and winters for those are looking for an in-depth experience of India’s typical climate.

Jhansi is a city well known for the queen ‘Laxmibai’. It is one of the developing city of Uttar Pradesh. It is popular for the streets food like kadhi samosa, gol gappe, spicy chaat, etc. Our city is also popular for the jhansi fort in which the war was fought by ‘Rani Laxmibai’ for the freedom of our nation against the British empire who captured many of the neighbouring cities.
