This city is pleasant but crowded. Traffic can be difficult, but a motorcycle or scooter is able to navigate through faster than other vehicles. Watch out for the traffic cops or police or LTO. Keep your licenses in order, wear proper attire, and ensure your vehicle is in good condition, or these individuals will stop you and demand bribes. A typical bribe of P200 usually gets you off the hook. There are small malls and numerous small businesses that are okay in this town.
