Somebody moving here can speak either English or Hindi. In Swachh Bharat Survekshan 2020 our city secured 36th position in the country among the cities with population less than one lakh. Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak was declared the cleanest University of the country. Rohtak is also called education City.
If a person moves here, he or she must know either Hindi or Haryanvi, our regional language because it would be nearly impossible to communicate with people here because only a few know English in my region. Secondly, he or she must know some of the places here.
Know about the great street food. There are many parks and people are nice. There are many colleges and a big university. The food here mainly comprises of dairy products and ghee. The language can seem a bit rude but people are very friendly once you get to know them. It is similar to Punjab cities except the language.
