Amritsar is a city known for its heritage and history. It is famous for its Golden Temple, the holy shrine for sikhs where thousands of devotees visit everyday to pay their obeisance. The city is also famous for Jalianwala Bagh, a historical garden where thousands of innocent people were slaughtered by General Dyer in 1919. Amritsar is also famous for its food and is often called as the food capital of Punjab by many locals.

Visiting the holy city Amritsar, First thigh that you will notice is traffic and street food all. But Amritsar is not only about food second glance you will see 100 of years of rich culture, work traditions that are carried on by generation after generation preserving the heritage of the city.

It is a world-renowned city. It is a beautiful and clean city. Although there are many historical buildings, but it is getting modernized day by day. Tourists from far away places visit this place and buy souvenirs.

Amritsar is one of the most holy places in the world and is commonly known as ‘The Holy City’. It is one the best tourist destination, for it has a fer historical buildings such a ‘The Golden Temple’ and more famous museums and amusement parks.

I am from the city AMRITSAR. It is a well versed city with lots of terrorist attraction places. Amritsar is a holy city which have world-famous historical places like Golden Temple, jallianwala bagh and much more. Specifically the kulcha in Amritsar is like wow and of we talk about the street food it’s just yummy. One should visit Amritsar to know the real fun.

Amritsar has an extreme kind of climate. It’s colder in winter and hotter in summer. The world-famous Golden Temple is in Amritsar. Amritsar is also known for its street food Amritsari kulcha. Amritsar is densely populated city with mostly sikh and Hindu residents. The Historical Jallianwala bagh is also in Amritsar.

Amritsar is mainly famous for the Golden Temple, also known as Harmandir Sahib, and millions of people travel to this place yearly. This city is popular for its street foods, shopping complexes, historical places and one can easily find accommodation over here. It is also an affordable place. There is no discrimination on the behalf of races and religion.

Amritsar has many places to visit. Firstly the GOLDEN TEMPLE, It is a very good place. It is holy place in SIKH religion but people from different religions visit here, to view the history and beauty of this place. You must visit is place.
