Best small town. Great beach, restaurants across from beach. East Englewood has a lot of wooded lots. You’re not on top of each other. Not in a flood zone, yet 3 miles from the beach. Old Englewood has shops, restaurants and a live theater. Biking, and an awesome car show on the first Saturday of each month. There is an artist retreat down the road at Manasota Key.
