Riverside is a pleasant place, with good schools, a low crime rate, and a vibrant nightlife. We are currently is a phase called the Riverside Renaissance, and ambitious city-wide project to upgrade our roads, parks, and public services. Both the Riverside Plaza and the Tyler Galleria offer shopping opportunities to residents and visitors.
There are several colleges in the area, so businesses tend to cater to younger adults. The downtown is home to museums, a library, and many unique businesses and events. Housing in my city is expensive and rent is high. I feel that Riverside is a family friendly city because of its numerous parks, city-sponsored family events, and excellent library programs.
Riverside, California, is a beautiful city at the eastern edge of the Los Angeles basin. Like many cities in California, we have experienced a surge in population over the last few years. The schools are excellent, however being on the edge of the desert, summers can be brutally hot. But the housing market is the best it’s been in years.
