Raipur is super crowded. One must know how to drive here for long distances due to the high pollution. The education sector is just okay, and the living standards are pretty high. The job scope is not very great. People are pretty much into fashion here. There are simple neighborhoods too. The main city is highly polluted and full of traffic. All three weathers are present – summer can get pretty hot, with rains and heavy thunderstorms occasionally, and winters too.

Raipur is a great city, especially if you’re moving in from a small town or a metropolitan since it has an eclectic vibe of a chaotic city and a small, peaceful city at the same time. You have pretty much everything in residential areas, shopping, recreation, transportation, education, etc. It depends on your choice of lifestyle and how you would like to leverage the city’s resources. Also, Raipur is pretty well connected to other cities within Chhattisgarh and outside through transportation. I love the way AAI has built the Swami Vivekanand airport, with multiple flights to Delhi, Mumbai, and Kolkata everyday. AFAIK, airlines are planning to add (or have added already?) a few international destinations, and Singapore is the first of them. In terms of shopping, you can go to Ambuja Mall, Magnetto, and City Centre. Ambuja, especially, has all the major labels in clothing, and you can find high-end stuff there. If you have recently had a breakup and need some alone time, you can check out the Naya Raipur Central Park. I haven’t been there yet, but I have heard it’s good. Do check out Telibandha lake. There’s nothing special about the lake itself, but the road strip around it probably has the best street food in Chhattisgarh.

Raipur is a city with a very huge growth potential and is a very safe city. Therefore anyone moving or considering to migrate here will experience a safe and flexible environment to adapt with. recently there has been the construction of New Raipur so there are properties available at a comparatively economical price. The city also has things and places to enjoy and has many beautiful sightseeing places. sectors like education, health, sanitization, urbanization has a rapid advancement here as it is a capital city so most of the jobs for the state are performed through here.

Raipur is one of the biggest city of Chhattisgarh. It is surrounded by cities like Bhilai, Durg, Rajnandgaon, and more. It had turned from a town to city in past years. Raipur has CM, Governor’s, education ministers and other ministers house who work for Chhattisgarh’s government. Its has Swami Vivekananda International Airport.

The one and the only reason to relocate to my city is that, it’s a very peaceful place. The people are very amicable and the city is famous for its heritage. The complete city is designed based on the concept of smart city. The education as well the medical facilities are very attractive.
