Our city can ensure you to give you a quality life. You will not be burdened by the basic necessities because in our city, we have a lot of affordable housings. Apart from that there are also a cheap price for basic utilities here. Our city has a good quality of education and we also have a university that is free from expenses. And we have here a public transportation like motorcycle and multi-cab available for a cheap price. I can ensure that you will feel safe and comfortable in our city because we have a low crime rate and a community events that put people together.

HELPFUL REPORT

Any interested individual should check out the downtown road bustling with apartments, schools, restaurants, etc. This will make them more familiar with the majority of how things move around in the city. It is quite urbanized with vehicles or tricycles ready at the moment of need for transport. The city has malls and beach resorts perfect for in-city getaway.

Butuan City is in north of Mindanao. Its rising economy and continuing urbanization is the main reason why it became the capital of Caraga region. Its amenities and establishments are modernized including tertiary hospitals, top universities and entertainment centers such as shopping malls, restaurants and five-star hotels.

Once, there was no Philippines, but there was Butuan. This city is filled with history, from the ancient Balangay Boat, the Golden tara, and surely, more of it are yet to be discovered. Butuan’s folks used to speak the native language “Butuanon”. Sadly, as the economy rises, its words are slowly perishing. Hence, people who knows how to speak Butuanon are teaching the youth on how significant this native language is, and how it greatly affects history.
