If anyone were to move into my city, they should know how to speak the local language. Very few people know how to speak perfect English, unless you are a student. For all tourists who are looking to move to my city, I urge you to look somewhere else. Not only are there very few English-speakers, there is also too much traffic, pollution, and other negative factors.

If you are looking for the best of both worlds, then Bacolod is for you. This is where the city life meets the provincial life. The place is great for growing families. Children will not only receive quality education but will also get to enjoy various extra curricular activities such as ballet, sports and hiking. And the best part of all, the food here is great!
