If anyone were to move into my city, they should know how to speak the local language. Very few people know how to speak perfect English, unless you are a student. For all tourists who are looking to move to my city, I urge you to look somewhere else. Not only are there very few English-speakers, there is also too much traffic, pollution, and other negative factors.

Bacolod City is a great city to move to, especially for those who like peace and quiet. Unlike the other major cities in the Philippines, Bacolod City boasts minimal traffic jams. Commuting is easy and stress-free as you travel time virtually does not take longer than an hour. Bacolod City is also home to some of the sweetest desserts in the country.

Bacolod City is highly urbanized and is the province’s capital. It showcases several local delicacies and the annual Masskara Festival, making it a famous destination among tourists. Also, huge malls and high-rise buildings/condominiums have been popping up in the recent years. Hence, one must consider a crowded city, filled with buildings and establishments, and moderate to severe traffic during peak hours and holidays.

A person who wants to move to our city should not be overwhelmed with how friendly and cheerful are the locals. Our city is well-known for producing sugarcane. Therefore, you will see a lot of vendors selling sweet delicacies around the place. We are the main city in Negros Occidental so expect heavy traffic especially during rush hours.

Bacolod City is a place full of food establishments that a tourist could never try them all out in a week. Nevertheless, one could try the most famous spots if one has the appetite for sweets and roasted chicken. Travelling from one spot to another is also easier than its other city counterparts due to less traffic and an efficient design of streets.
