If someone were to consider moving to Bacolod, they should figure out if they want to live near the busy hustle and bustle of the metro or if they want to live somewhere quiet and peaceful. If I wasn’t from here and was going to move here, I would go for a place near the ocean which is South of the city for my unlimited dose of peace and serenity.
