Benin city is the capital city of the Edo Kingdom popularly known as Edo State. For anyone moving here, the weather is normal in all seasons but rainfall can be especially high at some regions leading to flooding. Benin City is a place of commerce with less industrial settlements compared to Lagos and Ogun state. It’s peaceful but it’s not advisable to stay out late.
