Johannesburg’s most disappointing feature, or lack thereof is that it does not have an ocean. It is situated near Pretoria, one of the capital cities of South Africa. There are two universities in the city and both are in the top 5 best universities in Africa. The residents of the city are usually immigrants from other provinces and countries.

Someone considering moving to our beautiful city of Johannesburg should consider buying a lot of T-shirts and shorts, because of the incredibly hot weather. We are fortunate enough to have sunny days throughout most of the year. Sunscreen lotion should be a part of your monthly grocery list if you do not want to constantly be recovering from sunburn.

This city is made up of South African citizens from all over the country and the the continent. Don’t be surprised when people communicate in different languages, there is no universal language here. There is no beach because Johannesburg is not along the coast. Never ask for directions from strangers, always use your GPS.

Johannesburg is considered the city of gold since most of the country’s gold comes from this city. It is one on the historical provinces in the South African. Johannesburg is also a place to be because of it is versatile and it has different tribes, races and culture. There also a fake beach.

Extremely fast paced. The economic hub of South Africa. The people are friendly and very welcoming. There is always something to do, the only thing missing is a beach. The night life is amazing! From the townships to the most upmarket clubs you can think of, and everything else in between.

The bustling city of Johannesburg is home to many South Africans and businesses. The breathtaking city is noisy but filled with education and job opportunities for many different people. It is diverse with people from different backgrounds, races, cultures, and cities. Johannesburg is also a very industrial location and rich in resources. However, it is sadly not close to the ocean.

Johannesburg has no ocean however is possibly best city is South Africa. We are the proud hosts of the richest square mile in Africa, namely Sandton City. We are, however, plagued with a high crime rate and urge visitors to always be careful and not wonder the streets alone after dark.
