Basically, Nellore is a city which is on the banks of the river called “penna”. Nellore was initially named as simhapuri but later on it is named as Nellore. The city is famous for its commerce and the trade sector. The city has three beaches which are famous and are most visited ones.

My city is on the banks of Penna river. It is in state of Andhra Pradesh. My city has many amazing famous temples, children parks, hospitals, etc. My city is famous for mineral mica but city is full of greenery. It has many best colleges surrounded by it. All over it looks awesome and I really like it.

Nellore district, is one of nine districts in the Coastal Andhra region of the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. Nellore is a culturally rich city in the state of Andhra Pradesh. On the banks of river Pennar, this city is famous for being a distinct part of famous empires, such as Cholas, Kakatiyas, Golconda, Vijayanagara as the list goes on.
