When moving to Bacnotan, one should have knowledge of the Ilocano dialect since it’s being used in the city I’m residing in. They should also follow the protocols of the barangay officials and even the signages on the roads. When it comes to socializing, I see no issues with that since residents are hospitable and kind.

Bacnotan is a town that offers abundant gifts from nature. It is a growing tourism destination for surfing and is rich in products like honey, oyster mushrooms and silk. This town is peaceful with a country-feel, surrounded by farms, mountains and seas. It also houses a cement plant, a power plant and a tobacco-processing factory.
