Junagadh, located in the southern region of Gujarat in India, is a land of worship, pilgrimage and huge fairs. junagadh is a historical place. Main attraction here is Girnar Mountain Range which has over 9999 steps while uparkot fort is also a monument to be visited. Sakkarbaug zoo is also located here and it was founded by babi dynasty nawabs. Narsinh Mehta chorah is built in memories of Mehtaji where lord krishna came to help narsinh mehta more than 100 times. There are more than 250 temples with their own history and stories. There is damodar lake and baithak of shri vallabhacharya. It is a great place to visit according to religion and spirituality. Asiatic Lions are only found here and people from around the world come here to take great opportunity to see them.
