What makes it also a convenient place is there are residential areas near leisure places such as malls and parks and living areas in quieter places. The price range as well is very vast. There’s a big chance of finding the perfect home for you in Makati no matter what your interests in life are.

For someone moving here, know traffic jam is worst especially during rush hours. If there is a need for them to travel to nearby cities, they have to pass difficult roads such as C5 or EDSA. However, if they’re planning to reside near BGC area and work nearby, I would recommend such.
