It would depend on whether the person moving is a foreigner or a Filipino. For foreigners, they should consider the temperature because the highest recorded is 44 degrees Celsius. On the other hand, a Filipino who is living in the province would not have to think about the heat. All they need to worry about is the high standard of living.
