i will advise the person to hustle for money in order not to get hungry. Secondly, be careful of fraudsters. The city is an interesting place with different individuals with different characters. do not be idle and be ready to cope because things are not that easy here. With my advice he or she should be able to survive here.

Owerri is a fun place. The city attracts people from other states in the country because of the entertainment centers found at every junction in the city. Workers and businessmen who close for work around 6pm always find their way to an entertainment spot to relax and enjoy themselves, while talking about their day at work.

Some places have constant power supply while some other places have an erratic power supply. Generally, the locals are welcoming and cost of living is not so expensive.
