Established town centers provide excellent retail availability and a neighborhood feeling.

If someone moves to Highlands Ranch, Colorado, know that the area has changed in the last ten years. The population has grown, making the housing market very difficult to navigate. Rent is incredibly high, especially if you are trying to live alone.

Highlands Ranch is actually the largest planned community in the United States. More than 100,000 people reside in it. Its best features include its four state-of-the-art recreation centers, a backcountry nature preserve and numerous trails, bike paths and parks. All are accessible and spacious. The community is a perfect fit for Colorado, which averages more than 300 sunny days per year. If you enjoy the great outdoors, this is the place for you.
