Lagos is the most populated city in Nigeria. It is so civilized and has many jobs. Job opportunities like banking, construction companies and/or factories. There are sophisticated social amenities such as pipe-borne water, roads, constant electricity supply and others. People leave their different homes for work in the morning and return in the evening.

He should know the city is filled with very expensive homes in which to choose from. He should also know that the city is filled with a lot of thugs and shoulder consider the way he moves around. And the cost of transportation is quite high in case he would like to move around.

Ipaja is a city with with a lot of people of different tribes. The settlement there is peaceful and calm because it has a barrack around it. It is close to one of Lagos biggest market and has a smooth and tarred road. There are few production companies around and any market can find growth in ipaja.
