I would like to recommend someone to move to Phnom Penh as it is very nice, clean and safe. The people are very friendly and the cost of living is very reasonable. People here speak Khmer, but a lot of them are speaking English as their second language so it is easy to communicate with us.
Phnom Penh has a rich expat community, which is a mix of people from all over the world. Finding someone who can speak your language, and know your culture, often makes adjustments easier. The locals in Phnom Penh often speak English well, so communication should not be an issue compared to other nearby countries. due to its rich expat scene, dining experience has become something similar to a playground for food enthusiasts.
