If the person wants to live in a flood-free area one should consider places that are away from bodies of water and the place would be far from the city center. Though there are some areas that are flood-free near the city center, they will cost a lot of money. It is near to a fault line so one should investigate if the house or apartment is well-suited for earthquakes.

San Mateo, in the province of Rizal, is really a cramped place, with narrow roads. This is the first thing to be expected from here. That is why people visiting the place should prepare for heavy traffic. It just came to be that as establishments, homes, and all sorts of buildings started to be constructed, the roads had become narrower than needed.
