The chilly and unpredictable weather as the city lies in region one of the country. one must have warm clothing and bedding. The city is also the gateway to Mozambique our nearest port as the country is landlocked. It is mountainous. Low density suburbs are found in the east of the city. Building a new house is quite expensive as the land has to be leveled first.
