He or she should be able to speak Assamese to get along with the people. Knowing how to speak Hindi language will also be of great help. People who don’t have adjustment problems will find it okay to move in here but those who are accustomed to living a easy going high-tech comfortable life might need some time to adjust completely.
It is a very small town having a low geographic profile. The jobs are very limited as there is neither any industries nor any big business establishments. However, people are happy with their basic living style. Since the town is near a river most of the locations in town are flooded during the rainy season.
