West Valley has some of the best local food I’ve ever had! It also has a mall with a great nerd store, my personal favorite. There’s also amazing local theatre here. Though there aren’t many hikes in West Valley, there are some beautiful parks worth a visit.

West Valley City is one of the more dangerous suburbs of Salt Lake. It was quite run down and had frequent shootings. It is still considered by surrounding counties to be dangerous. However, I have found that they are constantly building new subdivisions and shopping centers and the crime rate does not seem to be any higher than the so-called safer areas of the state.

West Valley City is a place where many people will assume that you’re violent or have a gun. It’s one of the poorer sides of the state but many here say it’s still better than Provo.

West Valley is a very diverse area to live in, which is great for cultural purposes. it is constantly growing, thus your home price goes up in value consistently. West Valley is great for teens to be able to go out as there are restaurants, movie theaters, a recreational center, and an amphitheater for concerts within a 10-minute span.
