Is West Chester boring? Is it fun? How do people relax in their free time? From playing and watching live sports to listening to live music to volunteering, here's what four local experts had to say about things to do in West Chester, Ohio.

If someone is considering moving to West Chester, Ohio, they should be aware of the temperature change in the winter. It gets very cold in the winter. Despite Ohio’s cold winter, there are many fun activities to do in the summer and winter seasons. If someone was looking for something to do they could go to Kings Island, as it is only a few minutes away from West Chester.

HELPFUL REPORT

The town of West Chester is a relatively small place. It is west of Cincinnati and is in butler county. The town has several good places to shop including Kohl’s, Target, and Home Depot. The main problem is that the city has strict rules regarding property rights. The taxes are also high compared to the surrounding towns. The best thing about it is the recreational parks and bike trail. The bike trail runs beside several main road and through two different parks. I like the area very much.

Chillicothe is the first capital in Ohio. The town is small and is about 40 minutes from Columbus (the current state capital). Chillicothe has many activities from hiking to visiting the different local coffee shops. Moving to Chillicothe is defiantly a different pace from living in a big city or a smaller town. You really do get the best of both worlds.

West Chester is a beautiful suburb of Cincinnati, Ohio. It has several lovely parks, mall and movie theaters. The school district is exceptional and the population is diverse. Cost of living here is relatively low. People of all races and ethnic backgrounds live in West Chester. The township has several places of worship, including churches and a large Islamic center.
