Things To Do in València

On the east coast of Spain, Valencia, a sprawling, vibrant and international city, has something to offer a variety of tastes. It is important to research the different areas carefully as there is a distinct flavour to each one; the lively nightlife of Ruzafa contrasts with the sedate and quiet family feel of La Canyada, for example.
Valencia has everything you could desire from a Spanish city: stunning architecture, fantastic cuisine, beaches, mountains, monuments and excellent local wines. The Fallas festival is unique and internationally renowned and the people are, typically Spanish. One distinct feature is the Turia river park. Once the city’s main river, it was drained in 1957 after a devastating flood.
