Russellville, Arkansas, is a beautiful location bordered by the Arkansas River, to the South and West, and mountainous regions to the North and East. It is home to one of the fastest growing four-year Universities in the state of Arkansas, Arkansas Tech University. Russellville also has having many sites for outdoor activities, such as fishing and camping, within just an hour’s drive distance.

Someone moving to Russellville might enjoy the outdoor recreation available within a short driving distance. Lake Dardanelle State Park has a beach, a science center, and prime fishing spots. Hikers can explore Mount Magazine, Petit Jean State Park, or Dardanelle Rock. Several scenic state highways radiate out from Russellville, so motorcyclists can easily explore the Ozarks and be home before dark. Russellville’s visitor center offers information on these and a variety of other opportunities for nearby outdoor recreation.

Russellville is a larger city in Arkansas. The city is not extremely popular, as it does not have a large array of activities.
