There is not much in Galva, Illinois, but it is a great place to live. There are about 2,500 people in Galva, and it has one high school. It has a great small-town feel. You always see someone you know when you are out and about, so you always feel like you are in a friendly environment. The most unique thing about the small town is its hardware/grocery store. When the local grocery store closed down the space was bought by the owner of the hardware store. He wanted to make sure that our town still had the convenience of a local grocery store. The store is split into two sides, one side is hardware and the other is groceries.
