To someone moving to Oxnard, here, time is important. For one to be late even a minute to their appointment, they would be sent home and have their appointment rescheduled. However, in most cases, with a reasonable explanation, one might consider it and allow then to keep their appointment, as time here, as I’ve said, is important. I started this as it is another major thing in Oxnard, people, their personality to be specific, we, here, at least most, are confident and are verbal with how they think or feel, considering what others feel as well. Greetings here and simple acts of kindness like holding a door and “Good Day!” are the usuals. These are just some of the should knows, before moving to the city, I suggest, you should see Oxnard yourself because it’s a huge city and not everything could be listed, it shall be felt and seen.
