It is a very remote area and so it would be a quiet and serene area for those looking for somewhere calming to relax or retire. There are barely any stores out here, but that is only because it’s a new area being built. I love it because I my neighborhood the people are friendly and respectful to one another.

Liberty Hill is a wonderful small town, having fewer than 2500 residents, and has plenty of small town charm to boast. The downtown square has shopping and restaurants and a lovely river runs through the entirety of the city. If you are looking for an off-the-beaten-path town in Texas, Liberty Hill should be first on your list.

Liberty Hill, TX, is a rural community located approximately 30 miles north of Austin, TX. It is a highly desirable place. Many new communities have been built over the last few years, and new construction is continuing. Homes are affordable, with $200 being the price point at the low end; it ranges upward from there. People are friendly and shopping is plentiful in nearby Georgetown and Cedar Park. The University of Austin’s main campus is 30 minutes away in Austin, and education is highly prized by local residents. Freeways and four-lane highways serve the area so commuting is not difficult.
