San Jose Del Monte City is known to be the “Rising City” in Bulacan. It already has large establishments built and still building up to date. Malls, schools, wet markets are all accessible. There are a lot of housing estates you can choose from, too. As for the power and internet connection, I haven’t encountered much in 6 years of residing here. Transportation is going to be a lot easier soon since the MRT-7 is soon to rise as well.

The City of San Jose del Monte, Bulacan, is a city filled with dreams and unique capabilities. To start of, the city is currently at its modernization stage, which can help you consider the cost efficiency, low-cost housing subdivisions are offered and so does high-cost subdivisions, to give you enough options to consider how much will you willingly spend on a house, depending on how modern do you want you placement to be.

Our city is a fast rising city in Bulacan. Many businesses are now on the rise. Real estate is very promising. Many people prefer to live here because it is very close to Quezon City and Caloocan City which are two of the biggest cities in Metro Manila.

Our city is the first city to be established in Bulacan. It is the most developed area which has different malls, markets, and housing areas which attracts a lot of people looking for a home with easy access to food, household products and even work. The booming number of businesses being set up in our city also attracts customers and aspiring workers.

San Jose del Monte City has high terrain. Thus, whenever heavy rain comes, the place rarely gets flooded. It was once a small town with few people. But since my city is one of the nearby places to the capital, people started looking for homes here. Eventually, the economy rises and the population. Now, we have or own hospitals, malls and other establishments you can only see in a large city.
