It’s very humid and hot in the summer. It’s become very overpopulated and expensive to live. St. Pete also has one of the highest crime rates in Florida.

Saint Petersburg is densely populated, covered in murals, and bustling with life, culture, and great food from all over the world. I would highly recommend living here, although there is a higher cost of living and a faster pace of life than one would expect from a Florida town. You should also know about the dangers of hurricane season and expect a longer, hotter summer than some people are used to.

The cost of living in St. Petersburg, Florida, has risen quite dramatically over the past decade. Secondly, the job market in many ways is limited, with a focus on tourism and the insurance industry. However, on a positive note, the last factor I will mention here is the incredible beauty of the city, its numerous parks and nearby beaches.
