Gujarati food is very famous. This city is a super fun place during navratri. Cost of living is cheaper in comparison to other cities and you can find really good quality clothes at a very affordable rate as Ahmedabad is one the top manufacturer of Cotton. Ahmedabad is very safe for girls. Irrespective of time, females can move around in the city.

Ahmedabad is one of the biggest cities of Gujarat. It is famous for its cultural heritage. It is an important educational hub and has good connectivity with many major cities of India. People of Ahmedabad are very friendly. It has been divided into two parts, Old Ahmedabad and new Ahmedabad. Housing in the New developed areas are quite expensive.

The city does not permit alcohol consumption. It is a metropolitan city with a comparatively expensive living rates and is very hot during summers. The jobs in the cit are very vast for every sector. It is a very safe place with very low crime rates but is also very polluted.

If someone moves here then he or she must have less luggage with themself and should know the local food shops where they can get cheap and good quality food and save money to spend on accommodation as it can be very expensive for an outsider.

If someone is coming by train, they should book an Ola or Uber instead of hiring an auto as the auto drivers aren’t always honest. They might take you on a half city tour even when your destination might be nearby. in Ahmedabad there is an option of local sharing autos (Called Shuttles by localities), so instead of hiring a cab or personal vehicle one can easily use those facilities to travel nearby places at cheaper rates.
