Beaches in and near Lake Worth Beach, Florida: What do you need to know?
two local expertsLeave a comment
Lake Worth Beach is a community south of West Palm Beach. Having come from Miami, I find it less crowded, less expensive, and more community oriented. It has a small-town feel but has all the amenities that a city dweller will ever need: High-end restaurants and club/bars nearby and Delray, a 20-minute commute for those who need a little more excitement.
Lake Worth Beach, like its name suggests, has a beautiful and extensive beach of clean, white sand that is open to the public and free to use year-round. It is a small city that is friendly and welcoming. It is renowned for being quirky and colorful and has a lively arts scene, including the annual street painting festival, which attracts 1,000s of visitors.
