Balik Pulau means “on the other side of the island”. It is the island of Penang’s main inland outpost. It is a little town with beautiful breathtaking scenery. Charming old shophouses, golden rice fields, durian stalls by the roadside. If you do like to enjoy lush greenery scenery, like to play with the chicken and ducks in the farm, wish to have a simple farming life, this is the right place for you. Balik Pulau, a quiet little town on the island of Penang.

It is a place where you can enjoy breathtaking scenery, pollution-free air, cool air, lush greenery field. If you need a place where it is free from the hustle and bustle of city. This is the right place for you. I like my hometown especially the local food, Laksa Penang and fried noodles.
