Batu Ferringhi is a small township on the northern coastline of the island of Penang. It has an eclectic mix of indigenous and expatriate inhabitants who get along together very well. The crime rate is very low and public services are cheap and plentiful. The cost of living in Batu Ferringhi will come as a pleasant surprise to most. Average prices are less than half of those in USA.
