Davao City implements strict rules which most people adhere to, not because they are afraid of the legal consequences, but because they love the city. For example, the no-smoking policy is strictly implemented. If smoking is your thing, there are designated smoking areas around the city. If you don’t smoke, you’ll love this policy as you won’t have to worry about second-hand smoke.
