During the summer months the city of Mesa can reach temperatures up too 116 degrees, so visiting first during the summer might be a good idea before making a final decision. Mesa is overall and great place to live especially if your use to an area affected by natural disasters because while we have extreme heat in the summer it’s about all we encounter versus other cities.
Having recently moved here myself, I am still learning the area. A few things I have learned are Mesa is quite large, it is a beautiful area, and it is extremely hot in summer. I expect to learn to love this area as I get to know it better.

Before moving to Mesa, one should know about the sweltering heat of the summer; however, the rest of the year is tame. If you can handle the heat, then Mesa offers a great abundance of hiking and biking trails through the mountains that are to die for. You would also find yourself welcomed into a very friendly community.
