Muntinlupa City is located on the southern part of the National Capital Region and it is surrounded by the largest lake in the country, Laguna de Bay. Because of this, Muntinlupa has never experienced a shortage in the supply of tap water. Plastic bags and styrofoam are also prohibited from being used as packaging anywhere in the city. I recommend bringing a reusable bag whenever you have to purchase anything outside. The traffic congestion in this city gets worse at eight in the morning and at dusk so I suggest that you avoid travelling during these times.

Muntinlupa City is an urban to suburban type of city. It is comprised of multiple barangays, easily accessible to public transport. It also has multiple malls, and shopping centers, which could make your life convenient. Moreover, it is also the gateway to and from Metro Manila. Finally, you can find life to be comfortable and manageable as it is also close to multiple business centers.

If you wish to live in Muntinlupa city, you must know that there’s a heavy traffic during peak hours. The sky way is currently under reconstruction which adds to the heavy traffic itself.

Muntinlupa City has everything in it. It has churches, shopping malls, hospitals and good schools. Transportation is easy and most of the cities in the entire national capital region are accessible. Muntinlupa is known to be an industrialized and established city.

Muntinlupa City is a great place. Aside from the peaceful and clean environment, the accessibility to the hospitals, supermarkets, public transportation, and schools are easy and convenient. Also, more business opportunities are still available in this place as it is one of the fast growing cities in Metro Manila.

In moving here, one should consider traffic. Muntinlupa is a big city and considered a business district. It is also a gateway going to nearby provinces which is Cavite and Laguna. But despite traffic condition, living in our city is very considerable because of the great environment we have.

Muntinlupa City is one of the finest cities in Metro Manila, Philippines. It has both an urban and a rural area, which I think, is what attracts me most. There is little traffic here so it is easier to go around. It was awarded as the best city to start a business last year.

People moving to Muntinlupa City should know the terminals for public transport. Even for people with a car of their own, it would still be convenient to know these places. In case of an accident or even as a money-saving act, knowing how the public transport system in the city works will serve to benefit whoever will move to Muntinlupa.

Muntinlupa City has a lot of nearby malls. The one near the village I live in, Alabang Hills Village, is Alabang Town Center. Alabang Town Center is about a good five to ten-minute drive from the house on a good day. If there happens to be heavy traffic, the drive might last a good half-hour to an hour.

In Muntinlupa City, the malls are just a hop, skip and a jump away from each other. They are walkable on a good, windy day when the sun is shining and you’re feeling good about yourself. My city is what others would consider the center of the South – the one spot where people from the North and farther south can easily visit.
