Because of this, Muntinlupa has never experienced a shortage in the supply of tap water. Plastic bags and styrofoam are also prohibited from being used as packaging anywhere in the city. I recommend bringing a reusable bag whenever you have to purchase anything outside. The traffic congestion in this city gets worse at eight in the morning and at dusk so I suggest that you avoid travelling during these times.

Muntinlupa City can be considered a great place to move to for its accessibility to major business establishments such as shopping malls, schools, banks, and office buildings. It is a business district neighboring the province of Laguna if one needs a place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. Crossing the nearby provinces entails just a short trip.

It’s street is mostly surrounded by nature, its culture is focused on residents well being and health, and most importantly, the community is one of the most family-oriented and welcoming community in the Philippines.

Muntinlupa is a thriving community best known with its accessible location surrounding nearby hospitals, numerous schools, hotels, wet and dry markets, malls and more. Though I do recommend visiting the back portion of Figaro, an unrevealed food district that emanates the vibes of Baga Manila. Famous with its aesthetic fairy lights and romantic vibes, perfect for swaying a desired one.
