Terni is a nice city in Umbria, a green region in the centre of Italy, which is two hours from the sea. In Terni there aren’t many job opportunities, as a result you should find a job from home or go to work to Rome. Finally, flats and houses are very expensive in the city itself, but they are way cheaper in other areas like Cesi, Stroncone or San Gemini.
