Once a sprawling farmland, the city of Gilbert has transformed into a wonderful city full of small businesses, close-knit neighborhoods, and open space. As a suburb of Phoenix, residents of Gilbert can choose local jobs around the neighborhood or higher paying corporate jobs within just an hour commute. This combination of small town feel and big city access creates a unique dichotomy that most suburbs simply don’t have. Now add the great winter weather, low home prices, and closeness to the state of California, Gilbert has an allure that is hard to escape.

HELPFUL REPORT

Gilbert can be quite beautiful for most of the year, but summers are scorching. The relative boom in residence has also led to a wide variety of shops and novel restaurants in the downtown. Planning a trip in the months between November and April is recommended, to enjoy the coolest portion of the year.

Gilbert Is one of the safest cities in Arizona. It has grown into a small metropolitan area with lots of local restaurants and shopping malls. Schools are good which makes it a great place to raise children. Just a few miles south of Phoenix, Gilbert is a convenient place.

Somebody moving to Gilbert, Arizona, would be delighted to know we are voted as one of the safest cities in the United State, due to our low crime and arrest rates. The town of Gilbert features a charming and vastly expanding downtown. Downtown Gilbert is the perfect place to try out a new restaurant or if you prefer, shop at one of it’s charming and unique local boutiques. If seriously entertaining a move to Gilbert, Arizona, you may want to consider finding property near or around this popular downtown. Doing so is likely to increase your property value. At least this has proven to be true in my experience, living in Gilbert, Arizona.
