Gilbert can be quite beautiful for most of the year, but summers are scorching. The relative boom in residence has also led to a wide variety of shops and novel restaurants in the downtown. Planning a trip in the months between November and April is recommended, to enjoy the coolest portion of the year.

Somebody moving to Gilbert, Arizona, would be delighted to know we are voted as one of the safest cities in the United State, due to our low crime and arrest rates. The town of Gilbert features a charming and vastly expanding downtown. Downtown Gilbert is the perfect place to try out a new restaurant or if you prefer, shop at one of it’s charming and unique local boutiques. If seriously entertaining a move to Gilbert, Arizona, you may want to consider finding property near or around this popular downtown. Doing so is likely to increase your property value. At least this has proven to be true in my experience, living in Gilbert, Arizona.

The town of Gilbert is a suburb of Phoenix, AZ, right in the heart of the Valley of the Sun. If you enjoy year-long warmth and sunshine, then this is the place for you! There are plenty of outdoor activities to keep you busy, such as hiking, biking, or swimming. The historic downtown district also pulses.
