Vellore Fort is a large fort in heart of the Vellore city, in the state of Tamil Nadu, India built by Vijayanagara kings. The fort was at one time the headquarters of the Aravidu Dynasty of the Vijayanagara Empire. My city is surrounded by mountains and is a very hot city especially during summer. Also, it has the Christian Medical College and Hospital which is renowned in Asia.
